I was, once.

Extinction is a terrible thing. I'm not one usually for black and whites
but I felt it was fitting for a creature we can only see now in old photographs.
This is a thylacine or tasmanian tiger by the way
They rather fascinated me so I had the urge to draw one.
I learnt heaps from doing this piece, it's far from perfect
but I think I did it justice at the same time.

Graphite pencils on A4 paper.
Didn't use a specific reference, pulled parts together from old pics of them.
